You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We only ship within the United States to states where THC products are legal and compliant.

To protect your purchase during transit, all orders are subject to a refundable shipping insurance fee:

If your order arrives safely and without issue, you can request a full refund of this fee within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations before placing an order.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before offering a replacement or store credit.

If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
We will provide a pre-paid return label and send the correct item once we’ve received the incorrect one.
